If you would like to request a return, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the condition you received it, and with original packaging where applicable. We may ask for order details and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.
